We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Engineer to perform calibration, routine installation, and field troubleshooting of medical equipment, specifically advanced clinical EEG workstations and transcranial magnetic stimulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite assembly, verification, and calibration of systems.
- Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate with logistics for parts replacement.
- Conduct clinical user training sessions at institutional medical wings.
